So, then my husband goes down the next morning because they told us we needed to get new wristband (which are also your room key) each day. Any how, not all of us could get into the waterpark the 1st day. However we had 7 guests because 4 where kids. At first they told us that when we checked in our room only allowed us 6 waterpark passes because our room could accommodate only 6 people. They are extremely strickt when booking your hotel however not when you actually go into the waterpark. Getting a wrist band for the waterpark was a disaster.

Waterpark- was amazing, tons of fun and we enjoyed this, especially the kids. We went for both a family vacation to visit the waterpark and do a little gambling. We stayed at the 7 Clans Casino Hotel for 3 days/2nights. I am a 56 yr old woman trying to have a nice weekend and I am sad that the hopes for a nice weekend were squashed more than 3 separate times! Management needs to realize how their staff is treating the guests! I will tell all my friends about this!! Also, our room keys wouldn't open the room and we had to take both keys back to be "fixed".Wow that guy was so unbelievable. I was so embarrassed by how they handled it.WAY OVER THE TOP! I simply tossed my drink in the trash. ( I had to go back to my room to get my drivers license so I could get a players card.

When I went to my room and 3 mins later went back out to gamble I was surrounded by security asking me to throw away my drink that i had just spent 8.00 for in the casino 6 mins prior. The room is very basic.no fridge.no microwave. Staff is very rude! Front counter acted like we were inconveniencing them (also complained about their job to another co worker in front of us saying they had 40 more minutes until they were off work), I Spent 160,00 a night to be able to drink responsibly and not drive and stay at the hotel that is attached to the casino.
